Skogan Pass was superb, but it won't last...

Conditions were quite incredible, best I've seen here as Skogan was always icy when I did it in the past. But it already started to change when I came back down. First time I start from Hay Meadow, as per groomer's advice in most recent report. Grooming and tracksetting were impeccable, only a few skiers went past High Level in the last 3 days.

Sticky snow in 3 places only for today, harder/faster for the first 4 km and softer/slower past Sunburst junction. The difficult side of the loop on the way down was in the best shape I've seen, able to let go of my breaks a little bit on the steepest slope. Conditions may be decent on Friday morning but that'll change quickly.
