Discussion:

An update from the PLPP trail report states that the Pocaterra trail is snowmobile packed from Lookout to Packers junctions. The snow depth is approximately 15 cm at the highest elevations.

The following was posted for Elk Pass:
The trail has been snowmobile packed, with 5 cm of snow at the trailhead and approx. 10-15 cm at the BC border. Note that 5 cm at the trail head is not enough for skiing yet. There would be many hazards including rocks, twigs, and dirt. Snowmobile packing leaves many ridges, ruts, and uneven surfaces.
