With a temperature of +8C I was surprised to find a reasonable "soft" crust for a scenic ski around Engadine Meadows. Snow bridges were good across the creek. Made it back before the clouds rolled in. Then I continued to Mt. Shark and found excellent soft corduroy grooming. Enjoyed a real spring time skate ski in light rain on the "starry" trails (Pegasus, Virgo, Hercules, Orion...) The snow didn't turn to mush thanks to the cloud cover.
Hope this is not the end of ski season, but could be the end of grooming?)
