-19, Snow, & Grooming at WBC

Got to Bragg Creek at around 1330, and the temperature at the parking lot was -19! That's one way to start the season! It snowed the whole time I was there (about 2.5 hrs). Conditions are great - no rocks, no twigs, packed, deep, dry snow, and once I left the parking area, saw only 3 people, including the groomers. Skied West Crystal Line (trackset), Moose Connector (not trackset), Mountain Road (trackset) Mountain View West (rolled), Mountain View (rolled), and Upper West Crystal Line (rolled). It looks like virtually everything is being groomed, so I'm guessing there'll be a lot of tracksetting going on this evening. Looking forward to heading back again!
