Now if only I had started a little later, I might have enjoyed more of the tracksetting, and not been so cold!
Temperatures varied from -15 to -10, so another day for my green wax, and a borrowed pair of waxless metal-edged skis... Thanks Jeannette.
Actually, regular track skis would have been fine... well packed with no hazards... my poles never hit pavement.

Conditions weren't that good when Javier and I first headed up
Alan deserves to hog the sunshine, as he may have a pair of waxable metal-edged skis languishing in the basement for me!

The viewpoint (at 9 km) was enough for me today
Now if only this tracksetter was the first thing I saw today, he might of got first placing!
