Discussion:
There is now a mini-snowfa in the system (east sundog), right beside the trail in a sun exposed meadow. But it won’t last long, seeing as its made from one of the snow farming piles. Couldn’t resist on a short day, preventing an elk pass trip. Core trails were nice in the early morning while still coolish. Out of the track, grooming was soft and slow. Dirt patches seem to be expanding in places. Some steeper snow plow descents starting to get scraped. Upper loggers, sun dog and east crystal were good. By 10 things were starting to feel a bit moist. Stickage off trail (west meadow horse trail). Tom snow was mostly cooler snow, but sticky on the uphills by 1030.
