Couldn't be better. Minus 5, full sun, no wind. The recent tracksetting was great, and the traction was fine with skins. There were only a couple of snow bombs on the trail and some needles, but not enough to matter. Warning: the snow was hardpack so snowplowing was inefficient and the downhills were fast. We only passed one other person all afternoon on the trails.
