Discussion:
Three novice, but motivated skiers headed out on a sunny, 3 degree day to WBC. A couple of second-timers and one first-timer, all powered by caffeine, will and A&W breakfast sandwiches. The day started off with some slightly sticky snow on West Crystal Line and was followed up with great conditions further up on the beautiful Mountain View trail. There may have been a faceplant and a right turn when there should have been a left turn, which led into a powdery snowbank, but spirits were held high throughout the day. The group hopes to be back out soon.
