Incredible snow conditions... Awesome Powder Skiing at higher elevations.
Always a warm welcome along the way at Shadow Lake Lodge, from Mitch, Ryan, Evelyn and Courtney.
I used blue wax on my LT skis until the Lodge and then put on my climbing skins.
Ray and Maggie (who trust the Skier Roger website) were checking out all my techniques.
Young Natalie (with Aunt Erin), guests at the Lodge, got to the Red Chairs and the meadows near the Pass, all in one day.
Where is Normand... I had hoped to meet him.
Greeted by this Spruce Grouse along Redearth Creek
Tracksetting to the Shadow Lake Lodge is in very good shape
Lisa, Dawn and Andrea return from snowshoeing towards the Pass
Only the tip of the Cairn at the Pass is visible
Returning on my track
Lodge guests enjoying Happy Hour

Enticing trip report. Must have been a long day breaking trail to Gibbon Pass. Great snow up there.
