Awesome, but how is the creek on the way up, and more importantly, on the way down?
With all the scary reports recently, I might have to retire to my home couch!

Avoided joining the Fish here a few years ago!

Hi Chuck: snow coverage is still quite good along the creek and up valley. As usual, there were open water holes but good snow bridges to skirt around. Fast ski out, but not icy (snow was soft). We were on AT skis (much easier control). Observed debris up high on South facing slopes. No avalanche debris has come down into the valley. Saw skiers up high climbing towards Whymper Col. Given this year's snowpack, its risky ascending major slopes (low probability, but high consequence).
