Goat Creek: great to have "sherpa" hubbies

Discussion:

Walked down the first hill at Canmore end of Goat Creek (-9) at 10:15 and enjoyed lunch in the sun at big red tree ornament that Chuck photographed last week on his cold 38 kms ski. Looked like track-setting had been totally refreshed the night prior and we had the place almost to ourselves to the Spray Bridge. Such a therapeutic psychological boost to get out for four hours during this busy season. Met one couple doing the return trip but they might have returned via East Spray. Likely -5 at Banff end and sherpa hubby got a treat of German Brandy Chocolate Beans. Photo of Mary and her friend at Cascade VERY inspiring. You Go Girls!!!
