Just me, but there were a few other hardy souls out too.

Discussion:

I had an enjoyable 2 hour Boxing Day excursion from home in Silver Springs- out the back gate, down the alley into the Botanical Gardens, and onwards to the Bow River with a loop through Bowmont and Dale Hodges parks. At -28 the worst part was actually getting out there- once warmed up, things were fine other than a minor bit of frostnip to my nose. Snow conditions were fairly slow despite the polar glide and grip wax, following beaten down dog walker paths, good ski tracks both my own and others, and breaking trail here and there. Coverage was great everywhere- now is the time to enjoy a ski tour in your corner of the city!

Great shot of the Bow Mr. Steve!

Stunning colour. Did you photoshop that?

It was shot in RAW with white balance set as "cloudy", which gave it too "warm" a look to my eyes.
First step editing in ACR was to shift the color temperature towards the blue end to give a colder feel. Then "vivid" for a profile, finishing with small adjustments to Exposure and Shadows/Highlights.
Standard stuff. Anything else? ;)
