Still plenty of snow and a firm base as of Monday. 2 backcountry skiers finished just as I was starting at 1130am, saw 2 others on their way out a few km up the trail and that was it for humans. Had it all to myself from about 4k on. There were enough cloudy breaks to keep the snow reasonably slippy and enough sun to make it feel like spring. Not fast snow, but very skiable on my ex-rental scale skis, best hundred bucks I've ever spent on ski stuff. Some very fresh grizzly tracks crossed the trail about 2k from the lodge. Fresh enough that I passed on the photo op, you'll have to take my word for it!
