Inspired by Chuck, I decided to give a go at the Spray River - Goat Creek Return.

Banff Springs parking lot: -19C at 8:30am and cloudy

There was a skiff of snow on yesterday tracks and the skiing was pleasant with an excellent grip with Swix V20 / green.

Did not meet a soul until I arrived at the BNP boundary and was passed by the groomer.

The return was nice on new tracks on Goat Creek. As usual when you approach the bus shelter, there were many skiers enjoying the snow

While I might have got lucky with the temperature, you got the fresh tracksetting... Well done.

Thanks Chuck, the temperature was -10C when I arrived at the parking lot. I was really surprised to see Park Canada grooming Goat Creek as it was groomed a couple of days ago.
