Pocaterra up and down

Discussion:

We arrived to an almost empty parking lot and -7C at 9:30 am. The trackset was pretty good for most of the north end of Pocaterra trail and just got better as we went up. Also, the north end had a fair bit of wind-blown debris on it, especially between Rolly Road and Packers Jcts. Very clean tracks above Packers, and quite calm conditions most of the day. Nice to see Skier Bob on his way down from Whiskeyjack while we were still slogging up! After a pleasant lunch at WJ, we had a fun glide down all those hills we had toiled up earlier. We didn't see a lot of people on our way out, but by the time we got past Lynx, homeward bound, there were tons, and lots of kids too. Nice to see all the beginners out for a lesson. -2 at the end, and V45 worked well all day.
