Emerald lake

Discussion:

The trail at Emerald lake is newly groomed. Lots of fresh snow. The trail runs a short ways along the lake and then off the lake into the trees along the hiking trail. On the lake there is some slush but can mostly be avoided. The trail at the end of the lake has had a number of walkers erasing the ski set. But the ski trail that loops into the fan is in perfect condition. The temp this morning was minus 10, overcast and no wind. The Kicking Horse Ski Club has done a great job in setting and maintaining this trail.
