Thursday…Great conditions at PLPP despite not having snow for a while.
Started at Boulton. Sunshine, -9c at 11am, and -6c on the return, but felt colder with the wind. Blue wax had great glide and just enough grip today even for the climbs. 17k - Whiskey Jack, Tyrwhitt, Elk, Fox, Moraine. Very nice grooming and track-setting. Some debris and needles lower down which had been well pressed into the tracks by the groomer and were not an issue. Even Fox and Moraine skied really well.
