WBC core trails (mostly groomed yesterday) plus 2 loops

Discussion:

Overall conditions were reasonably good on a very warm day (10 - ish). Shaded trails are pretty good, sunny ones less so.

I skied the trails that were groomed last night (various Crystal Lines, East Sundog, Loggers, Moose Connector, Mountain Road). These trails were in good shape. Sunny areas will be a bit glazed tomorrow.

I also did the north Iron Springs / Elbow Loop which had been groomed a couple of days ago. Shaded parts, again, were quite good. Sunny parts were pretty soft and will be tough tomorrow morning.

Finally, I skied Mountain View East from west to east. Conditions were similar to Iron Springs / Elbow with the exception that the hill from the top heading west is tough to get down due to very thin snow cover on the top 5 m or so. Going up is no problem and descending to the east was fine.

There were lots of walkers out today on the skier only trails. There will be way more tomorrow wrecking the grooming.
