The Gold Medal goes to Roller Coaster

Discussion:

Snow conditions were highly variable at the Canmore Nordic Centre this morning. -14C with a howling SE wind.(Get into the trees fast)
Generally higher elevation trails towards the South had more fresh snow.
Fresh grooming on Rundle South and North.3cm fresh powder on top in the South to only a skiff in the North.
Roller Coaster had 6 cm fresh powder over trackset. Silver for Wapiti with Chipmunk a close Bronze.
The North portion of Silvertip was by far the worst with only a skiff of new snow, icy tracks and a fair bit of tree debris.
