Bob, Thanks for reminding me what I looked like 11 years ago: still have those poles and skis, but now two new joints! I absolutely love that video of Chip on Fox Creek. For those who have not seen it, it is well worth the 6 minutes. On the video at minute 1, you will see a bench that is no longer there since the flood, if my memory serves me right, took it away.

Breaking trail in a foot of snow is Helen's favourite thing to do. I met Helen for the first time in similar circumstances 11 years ago as she was breaking trail...also on Elk Pass. I made an amazing video that day on Fox Creek as I was following my friend Chip through the deep snow which you can see by clicking on the link.
