Maybe WBC could use some of those funds from the Kananaskis Pass to harden the surface of, at least parts of those trails, so that rock issues don't continue to emerge!

So Chuck, you've finally seen the light!
Ditto on the rocks. I removed about 12 along our route today. You'd think that over the years, they would all eventually get tossed off, but they must breed underground and pop out over the summer.

Volunteers have done an amazing job of roller packing many of the trails in preparation of the season.
Actually, I have never been to WBC before, but for today it was an excellent choice. It is a long way from Banff (where I live), but Jess and Shauni pointed out to me, it was a safer drive than they had to put up coming out of Calgary, and the signage at every junction is excellent.
Yes, all the snow and the initial grooming was very welcome. Carl and Rosie reminded me that these up slope winds did their traditional job at this time of year. Banff and Lake Louise did not get much snow.
With temperatures ranging from -8 to -3, I used a little bit of VR40 kick wax, which worked admirably.
I skied Mountain Road, Mountain View West, Moose Loop and the Moose Connector (this last one is actually not packed yet).
 Jo and Steve are back out again today!
 Conditions are Fair to Good for skate or classic skiing
 I like the maps which also indicate where you are with a button
 Diane and Marcus are also enjoying this off-leash dog area, and are managing him well
 I removed as many rocks as I could, but there are still some lurking out there, so pay attention!
 For a place run by volunteers... they deserve it!
