Yes I missed you by a little bit. When I skied by the picnic table and saw the tracks on Tom Snow I figured that it had probably been you.

Sorry I missed you on south moose, probably not by much. Things should be really good tomorrow at WBC on groomed trails after a cool night. Snow will dry out and set up for fast skiing with high temps staying near zero? Warmer Thursday.

Discussion:

I arrived at about 1020 this morning, a bit later but good for having other people break trail... There was no grooming when I set out to do the Mountain Views and south Moose but by the time I returned for lunch there had been a fair bit done. In the afternoon I skied Loggers / north Iron Springs - Elbow / East Crystal / Sundog.

Snow conditions were really good in the morning, and mostly in the afternoon except in the sunny parts of Iron Springs. It was sticky. Some of the sunny bits of Moose might have ended up being like that in the afternoon as well.

The ice flow on Iron Springs just south of the Iron Creek (was once called Dead End) is growing and now is on the trail but one can still get around it.

Total distance: 30.20 Km

The ice flow is just south of this sign
