Sounds like there was a wide variety of weather conditions yesterday. I started at 7:15 am and finished at 10:45. It was -23C at both start and finish. Brrr. Very good skiing on Telephone Loop on green wax.

At 17:00 it was minus 12 and snowing at about .5 cm per hour, with about 3 cm accumulation, making for smooth and sedate skiing on the WBC core trails.

Discussion:

School conferences delayed my typically early morning ski, so by the time I arrived at WBC at 1:30 it was -11 and the snow was really getting started. Not many views today all along Moose Loop CCW, but the snow and tracks were great the whole way. There weren’t many skiers out but those who I saw were smiling (including MaSid and AquaToque - nice to see you!). -8 at 3:00 back at the car, and another good day on my fish scales.
