I think your proposal for pursuing sponsorship $$$ from big mustard is a good one. So we should include at least one photo in these reports showing off our matching yellow jackets (even if it's just a fleeting glimpse).
You mentioned Keen's but perhaps we should set our sights lower in the early going.

Another day adventuring off the beaten path with the Toque, but this time at one of his stashes. Always nice to go somewhere new. The access is classic AT terrain, the scrappy character building kind. But a great day in the sun for something obscure. A few more hazards on the way up and down than Fridays adventure on moose mountain. Don’t take the good skis. My light weight “old man” alpine touring gear found the stiffer wind affected snow of the descent a bit troublesome compared to the moose mountain route. No issues for the other guy. Sun was intense today and there will be sun crusts now on most sun exposed none-polar aspects. As Chuck says, it’s time for sun screen.
