We had other ski plans for today, but after watching the Bragg area get hit by snow on the weather radar on Saturday eve, and having that confirmed by webcam in the morning-our West Bragg Rule came into effect- get it while you can! Thanks to the dedicated grooming crew, who showed up for the first shift at something like 4 am while the rest of us were only dreaming of skiing- we had a fine tour of Moose Loop and the core trails, in what were mostly very good soft snow trackset conditions. We hit no rocks, but did pick a couple of dozen out of the trail along the way, so heads up for more of those. Overall coverage was solid though, with only a few minor thin spots.
