I mentioned to Sock Monkey that conditions seem slightly reminiscent of June 2013... above average snowpack and big upslope rain... I wanted to go out and investigate.
He was watching his favourite Seinfeld on Netflix (S6:E11 "The Switch") but agreed to come along when it was over.
We went out to a spot close to where The Big Elbow and The Little Elbow become Just The Elbow. Sock Monkey's comment was, "about all this'll do is bring out the kayak weenies that much earlier."
We both laughed and rolled our eyes.
