Arrived at Elk Pass (second car in lot) and thoroughly enjoyed getting on top of Blueberry's first tracks this morning. No wind anywhere. Snow temp -7 atop Blueberry where we first shared the Dark Chocolate Brandy Beans. Headed up Elk Pass next and grateful for those who had already skied in the Hydroline tracks which we took on our way back. Met a few AT skiers heading to Elk Lakes Cabin and shared more Brandy Beans as they slogged their way up to Elk Pass. Thank you groomers, for giving us the best "grooming" present. Fox looked like a few moose had been already celebrating on the trail but conditions improved once over the first little bridge. We were tempted to visit Snowfaland (great new descriptive Martin!) but will save that for another day real soon.
