Cascade Valley, Banff - Decent conditions, fast, icy tracks to start -

It was so quiet today, we only met 3 other skiers. Tracks were icy on the road and for the first 100 metres climb, then covered with a bit of snow on hard surface for pretty decent conditions actually, and really fast. We came across 3 icy sections but it was fine for the most part. We turned back after 10 km.
