Today, I followed up with the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise grooming team regarding a past mechanical problem with their snow sled.
Received the following reply from Natalie, the Resort Activities Supervisor:

I wish I had better news for you, but unfortunately, we're still waiting on some equipment to come in. Our goal is to be up and running within a week or so.
