With 30 cms of snow yesterday in Lake Louise, I knew I had to head west.
The sun was not shining brightly, and there was a cool breeze that kept the snow powdery all day.
All six people coming out reported challenging conditions yesterday... sticky snow.
For the first time this season, I used VR60 (Silver) kick wax which worked very well on my light touring skis.
Why have the Lake Louise grooming teams quit?
The season is far from over... Enjoy.
