Arrive at Pipestone around 9:30am with temp near minus 17. Just 2 other cars in the lot which is plowed out. Green wax worked well on the hard pack groomed trails even on the up hills. A little icey on the downhills, so you need to be confident in your snowplow to control your speed. A few areas where you need to pass over or around frozen ice. More snow fall is needed to cover these small areas up On the way out met lots of people enjoying the day, A few with nice dogs on harness having a good day out. Back at over half full parking lot near 1:30. A nice day OF skiing.
