Quick spin at Confederation today. There was a bit of a "dual texture" snow situation going on, with wind-scoured compact snow and soft slow snowdrifts. Plenty of spots with exposed dirt/grass, but no rocks! The groomer was out, evening out the snowdrifts while I was skiing and even trackset in a few places where it was deep enough!
