Discussion:

Starting at Elkwood parking, we skied Wheeler to the Boulton area, then returned on Wheeler and Amos to the cars for lunch. After eating, we skied Amos - Woolley - Meadow to complete our day. -12C at our 10am start. Initially we broke trail on Wheeler in some 5cm of fresh snow. After others passed us, we skied in skier trackset for the rest of our day. Generally decent tracks, though a bit slow. -10C when we finished.

The most interesting thing was the winds. On the drive to PLPP down Hwy40 it was hurricane conditions about 9am by the Casino. Near Nakiska, the gusts were still very strong. By Fortress Junction the gusts were weaker, and there was almost no wind in PLPP for our ski. The winds appeared about 2pm as we were leaving - we endured temporary whiteouts near Pocaterra Hut. Still quite windy as we passed by Nakiska.
