Piling up quickly out there. I’m guessing we will hear a report from Alf tomorrow. There was still a solid icy base for the most part on my crossings of groomed ski trails yesterday compared to adjacent trails.

Another outcome: Prairie mountain trail is due to open May 1. The closure is likely to be extended until the recent storm snow melts and the new trail dries out.
