Discussion:

After a great Wednesday on Moose and the Mountainviews, we returned to West Bragg and skied many of the south trails today, enjoying generally excellent conditions and weather, with a warmer blue wax being a good choice, as the snow for the most part stayed cool and dry. Tracks were in great shape, and hills fast but controllable. With the warm and dry forecast, get it while you can!

Total distance: 20.00 Km

It didn't show up on Nordic Pulse, but East Crystal and West Sundog had been very recently groomed.

Older grooming still in fine shape on Iron Springs. We enjoyed this so much that we returned the same way, rather than making a loop with the more shaded Elbow trail.

Singletrackset in the sunny aspens of Iron Creek..

Skier trackset on south Iron Springs. Elbow south was shown as having been groomed after the weekend snow, but was also skier tracked only.

Picnic lunch at the south end of Iron Springs. No need to hurry on such a fine day! The ungroomed descent below this spot, and the hill on Elbow south, both had a bit of wet snow that could be spicy if descending after a refreeze.
