Arrived around 10:15 at Ribbon Creek Parking lot to fairly heavy snow falling. One big black pickup truck in the ditch on our drive up Hwy 40. -6 and Rode Blue on. Was a little worried about climbing first hill up to Terrace but 1-2 cms took care of that. Skied all the trails available including Link down to bridge cross-over and both Aspens. Enjoyed the lovely cover of 2-4 cms on Kovacs and had a bit of sticking by end of the day when temp surprisingly was -10. Kananaskis Lodge and Pomeroy have done a terrific job of creating lots to do: spa, fat bikes, snowshoe trails, tobogganing, hockey rink and younger children's rink, XC skiing and nearby Nakiska to downhill. Fabulous place for young and older families. Lost a bear spray somewhere if anyone finds it and wants to return it.

I was out there today as well. I skied much of the terrain that you did Helen. I went over on the other side and did Ribbon and Coal Mine as well. There is lots of new snow but the twisty west bound descent on Ribbon is scraped down a bit (as of early this afternoon).
