We signed up for a later sailing of the Moose-Mountainviews cruise. Truly an outstanding day out there!

Discussion:
-12 at 10, zero at 1. Bluebird day with a cool breeze to keep the snow cold on all but the sunniest aspects. Tracks started out granular/chunky/noisy, so mostly stayed out of them heading west to south moose and up to mountainview west. Better/smoother tracks on mountainview west. Grooming between tracks was a touch soft and provided good edgeable descents if you needed it. Returned via mountainview and west crystal. The west facing hill on mountainview is in fine shape. Watched a school bus load of young flexible folk screaming down it with ease, and some cratering hard without issue. Oh to be young. Tracks further east had improved and were smoother on return with more travel and a bit warmer temp. The sun is starting to have some punch. Car registered +5 in the parking lot but zero once driving. It was a pleasure to run into Dianna P for a quick chat.
