Missing skis at Canmore Nordic Centre

I received an email this morning from Michele regarding some skis and poles that went missing at the Canmore Nordic Centre (Tuesday, Dec 19). Details are provided below. Please double check your equipment and reply if you know anything about this.

Hoping it’s not those pesky badgers again…

I was at the NC yesterday. Finished my ski, left my skis on the rack on the stadium side of the Day Lodge at 2. Met a friend for lunch, came out at 4 and my skis weren’t there anymore. There were some skis similar colours to mine left at the end of the day but way longer. Here is a description of my skis:

Fischer Twin Skin Skis 167 cm. Black/Yellow. Also my Swix poles Black/Blue with cork handles and black baskets were gone too.

I am hoping it’s just a case of mistaken identity, but maybe if you hear any stories about unidentifiable skis, you can let me know.
