Ribbon creek was pretty good all things considered.
Fairly thin and dirty but with V45 special violet we zipped along surprisingly fast.
Meet a group of walkers coming up on the s-turn hill while I was screaming down. Seems they were lost, close call to pure mayhem and carnage. Ppl behind us said they said they were "lost"....
Oh and a cougar popped out of the forest at the terrace / Ribbon Creek intersection, lopped across the wide trail and disappeared just as fast as it appeared, if I wasn't accompanied I'd never have believed my own eyes!
Temp was stable around -1, worth the time if you are pressed for time.
Total distance: 6.00 Km

Hardly time to get out the bear spray, heh with a cougar flying across the trail before your eyes. Lucky you to see it.
