Cascade groomed on 7th and AGAIN today. Get out those skate skis Ulrike!

Discussion:
-8 and finished at 2pm -5. Light blue worked great and fun fast ski out the final hill. Started at 9:30 am and while not "first" tracks, we enjoyed what we thought were muddy tat prints, dragging their tail up to the end of first climb. New 2-3 cms of powder was most enjoyable. Dana and I had more time on our hands, but not enough to make it to the Cabin. Ran into some skierroger friends but must apologize to Carole (with an E) and Jaimie as my fingers must have been too cold to get their photo. Dana takes great scenery photos and might add a few in comments.

Hi Helen: Great trip report! Snow looks fabulous and cooler temps ideal for classic skiing on Cascade. Watched the World Cup at CNC today, exciting racing action! Jessie Diggins, USA crushed the 15km course. Had a good skate ski after the races. Happy to report that CNC trails got revived.
For a little tour to Chester Lake tomorrow, then back to CNC on Sunday for more race action. With more snow in the forecast, skiing opportunities should last. Now I just need more time off.
